We seek an experienced litigation support professional to join our team as a Litigation Support Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver who enjoys guiding case teams through every stage of a matter and turning technology into practical solutions. In this role, you will lead the firm\'s litigation support function, acting as a trusted advisor to attorneys and paralegals while partnering with the Director of Technology on long-term strategy and best practices. Responsibilities Serve as the firm\'s primary litigation technology consultant, guiding case teams through all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and data collection through document review, production, and trial preparation. Lead the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered review tools and emerging litigation technologies, ensuring their use aligns with client confidentiality and professional responsibility standards. Manage RelativityOne workspaces and data workflows, including user access, data ingestion, processing, quality control, indexing, and searches to support attorney review. Coordinate the collection, archiving, retention, and destruction of electronic data in partnership with the Director of Technology, and provide trial technology and exhibit support to case teams. Establish and enforce quality control standards across litigation support workflows, including data received from vendors and third parties. Manage the department\'s budget and monitor industry trends to recommend technology investments and process improvements. Design and deliver training on litigation technology and AI tools, and maintain the firm\'s litigation support policies and procedures. Hybrids: This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week in the office. Qualifications Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree preferred, with 7+ years of progressively responsible litigation support experience in a law firm or vendor environment. Proficiency with RelativityOne, including Processing, Review, Searching, Productions, and Import/Export modules. Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted document review, including technology-assisted review (TAR), continuous active learning (CAL), and AI tools such as Relativity aiR or comparable predictive coding workflows. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data filtering, and manipulation of large datasets. Experience using generative AI (GenAI) tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve day-to-day workflow efficiency, including drafting communications, summarizing information, and streamlining routine tasks. Working knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, EDRM framework, and eDiscovery best practices. Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Relativity Expert certification preferred; Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with limited supervision. Compensation The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $130,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
