Live-In Couple Houseparents: Guide and Mentor Students

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision and support for 8–13 students. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent role over time.
