Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Wire Harness Technicians. You will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses based on customer specifications. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing-no prior experience required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wire harnesses and related components as per specifications.

• Read and follow detailed work instructions.

• Perform quality checks throughout the process.

• Identify and work with wires of various colors.

• Maintain attention to detail during repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No prior experience needed-comprehensive training provided.

• Must have reliable transportation (early shift, no city bus service).

• Ability to distinguish between wire colors and read small print.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong focus on quality and willingness to learn
