Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Pre and post review of consumer, commercial and consumer real estate loan documents for compliance with regulations, bank policies, bank procedures, and proper authorityLoan compliance and all regulations including HMDA/CRA/RESPA/TIL/TRID/FloodResponsible for identifying and tracking technical exceptions and loan covenantsResponsible for identification and tracking of insurance coverage on loansCommunication with loan staff, primarily processors and lendersProvide exceptional customer service at all timesShare responsibility for completion of all departmental objectivesPerform other job duties and special projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.RequirementsKnowledge of loan documentation and lending policy and proceduresEnsure compliance with regulations and bank policies and proceduresKnowledge of loan underwriting principlesDetail oriented, self-starter with a high degree of accuracy and good organizational skillsExcellent customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applicationsExperience in Laser Pro document production application a plusMust work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksCritical thinking and problem solving skillsMust work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitudeMust demonstrate a business professional image and demeanorExcellent work ethicAttendance and punctuality is an essential function of the jobPreferred Skills And QualificationsOne two years loan operations/documentation experience preferred, with real estate knowledge a plusPhysical RequirementsConstant use of computer screens and reading of reportsAbility to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimileRegularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hearIntermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materialsAbility to lift and/or move and carry 10 poundsHometown service, statewide strength.
