ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate indexing of documents to be scanned Ensure accurate and timely imaging of loan documents according to BancFirst procedures Ensure proper retention and purging of paid loan documents Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook desired with the ability to learn a variety of other software programs Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing Critical thinking skills Detail oriented Must work well under stress to meet deadlines Highly developed organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasksWork well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude Perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Optical scanner experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
