Consumers National Bank is an Equal Opportunity Educational Institution/Employer providing equal opportunity for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify and maintain rate updates for Federal, FHLB, and Fixed Rate Equity loans.Manage escrow accounts from origination to closing, including reporting, disbursements, and customer support.Monitor new and closed escrow accounts for accuracy and completeness.Ensure timely disbursement of: Semi-annual real estate taxesHomeowners insurance premiumsProcess annual escrow analyses for both fixed and variable rate loans.Process monthly remittance of PMI and Credit Insurance premiums.Monitor PMI-covered loans for required cancellations or borrower-requested terminations.Conduct initial review of HMDA data and ensure timely annual HMDA-LAR submission.Perform loan file maintenance.Respond to customer inquiries regarding their loans.Research and resolve issues related to existing loan data.Communicate regularly with the Loan Servicing team and branch staff.Scan and file documents to maintain accurate records.Assist the Supervisor in preparing materials for Internal Audit and Loan Review.RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of progressive banking and/or loan processing documentation experience; HMDA or escrow experience preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.Strong customer service orientation.Ability to follow oral directions with speed and accuracy.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Sound judgment with the ability to involve management as needed.Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.Ability to work accurately under pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
