Now Hiring: Loan Officer Assistant (In-Office | Monday–Friday) Mortgage experience not required. Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced lending environment? Join Xpert Home Lending as a Loan Officer Assistant and play a vital role in helping homebuyers achieve their dreams. Request and review upfront loan documents from clients Order written verifications of employment (VOEs) Perform basic income calculations for loan approvals Send out pre-approval letters to clients and agents upon request Assist with administrative tasks such as printing, copying, and file prep Submitting loan files to wholesale lender portals Full-time, in-office position Monday through Friday, standard business hours Be dependable and highly organized Have strong communication and follow-up skills Be comfortable with data entry and light calculations Be a team player with a proactive mindset Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
