Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Windsor, CT, for a Loan Officer Assistant. The role involves supporting Loan Officers by managing loan applications, gathering and reviewing required documentation, and assisting with customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include coordinating communication between team members, borrowers, and underwriters, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless loan process for customers. Exceptional organizational and customer service skills are critical in this role, as the assistant serves as a vital support to enhance efficiency in the mortgage loan process.
