Location: Guymon, OK Reports To: Branch President FLSA Status: Exempt Position Overview The Lender position is an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in building a long-term career in banking and lending. This role focuses on originating and servicing loans while developing strong customer relationships under the guidance of senior lending staff. The Lender will receive hands‑on experience in commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer lending while learning the Bank’s credit culture, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and serve as a trusted point of contact for loan customers Develop long-term loan and deposit relationships through relationship‑based banking Originate commercial, agricultural, mortgage, and consumer/installment loan applications to meet production goals Interview loan applicants, collect financial information, and evaluate eligibility Analyze credit transactions and assist with loan structuring within assigned credit authority Maintain accurate loan documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations Monitor loan performance and borrower financial condition to minimize delinquency Developing and fostering community activities to support business development efforts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
