What We’re Looking For A self-starter with a strong sales mindset Someone who actively builds referral relationships (Realtors, attorneys, financial advisors, builders) Comfortable prospecting, asking for business, and earning it NMLS licensed (Illinois and/or Indiana) — or familiar with and actively pursuing the licensing process Professional, accountable, and serious about building a long‑term book of business If you’re waiting for the phone to ring, this is not the position for you.
