Responsibilities / Duties:

• Work with Lending Dept. to assist customers with loan transactions.
• Create loan documentation, fund new loans, and service existing loans, in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the loan operations team.

Competencies:

• Establish strong working relationship with customers; respond sensitively to customer needs and priorities
• Proficient in PC based applications (Microsoft, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Background in a related banking position preferred.
