Park Lane Finance Solutions (PLFS), a market leading lender for manufactured housing, and one of The Caton Companies, is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager for its Staunton, Virginia corporate office. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and builder of teams with a thorough knowledge of the loan servicing and compliance industry. Manufactured housing lending experience is a plus.

The PLFS Loan Servicing Manager will be a key member of the corporate leadership team and tasked with leading a dynamic team of professionals.

Summary/Objective

The Loan Servicing Manager reports to the President of PLFS and is responsible for leading a team of mortgage servicing professionals. This leader shall demonstrate a firm understanding of servicing-related and bankruptcy compliance regulations, understand accounting principles, have an eye for detail, and provide quality customer services to borrowers and stakeholders.

Experience/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in management, business, finance, accounting or other relevant field preferred
• Mortgage or Auto Industry experience (such as loan processing, servicing, and underwriting), insurance experience, or banking experience
• Proven experience as a team leader

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is an in-person, full-time position; typical work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
