Job Summary:

As the Lobby Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting the public and tenants to the 303 North Main Street building. You are an important support resource for our tenants, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of mail, granting access to approved visitors to restricted areas and reporting any suspicious activity.

Key Deliverables and Responsibility:

  • Friendly and professionally greet and direct employees and visitors to the appropriate areas/floors of the building. Corrects inappropriate behavior and escorts individuals out of the building.
  • Conduct morning and afternoon building walk-throughs. Monitors security camera footage for suspicious activity or areas of concern.
  • Monitor and authorize visitor entry to the SupplyCore levels of the building, verifying appointments, completes sign in process and issues badges before granting visitor access.
  • Coordinate package pickups with carriers. Receive and sort mail and packages. Notify tenants of deliveries accordingly.
  • Provide general information and on-site tours of 5th floor co-working space. Coordinate handoff of potential clients to the Property Manager.
  • Escalate maintenance requests to the building attendant team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working as a building security, greeter, or office administrator.
  • Calm and collected. Ability to maintain professional under potentially stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
  • Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 10 pounds.
  • Observant with the ability to accurately identify potentially dangerous situations or suspicious characters.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a workstation the majority of the time.
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
