LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Medical Technologist Director for a local contract job in Liberal, Kansas.

Exempt Position- Regular hours 8am- 5pm.....
On call: Yes, shared with other laboratory staff (On-Call).
Call-back if needed to help cover areas due to staffing.....
Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Medical Technology Program or equivalent.
ASCP Certified...
Bachelor Degree or higher from a regionally accredited college/university in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, and/or Medical Technology....
Minimum of five (5) years of medical laboratory experience with at least two (2) years of hospital supervisory experience....
Ability to work all areas of hospital laboratory;
CAP Survey experience......
The lab serves outpatients M-F 0600-1800 and performs testing on partnered clinics from the surrounding areas......
3-4 techs and 2 phlebotomists on evening shift. 1 tech and 1 phlebotomist on night shift.....
Relocation bonus up to $2500 and must provide proof/receipts...
Jewelry must be kept to a minimum; Visible face and/or body piercing (outside of traditional ear piercings and small nose studs) are not permitted while on duty.
Examples include but are not limited to nose rings/hoops, eyebrow piercings, lip piercings, and cheek piercings...
Base wage starts at $40.61. This will be increased with experience....
