LanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Med Surg for a local contract job in Dewitt, Arkansas.

- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Employment Type: Local Contract
- Shift: 12-hour shifts (rotating if required)
- Schedule: To be discussed with facility
- Type: 25-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
- ER Volume: 6–12 patients/day
- Med/Surg Census: Average 3 patients
- Staffing: 2 RNs, 1 LPN, 1 Aide on floor
We are seeking an LPN/LVN to work primarily in the Med/Surg unit, with flexibility to assist in the Emergency Room (ER) as needed. This role requires adaptability in a small hospital setting with a collaborative care team.
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN License – Arkansas
- Experience in Med/Surg and/or ER preferred
- Ability to work in a critical access hospital setting
