Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services (RN) to lead and oversee perioperative operations, including OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and related departments. This leadership role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient outcomes across surgical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end surgical services operations across multiple departments
- Oversee Pre-Op, OR, PACU, Endoscopy, IV Services, Cath Lab, and Non-Invasive units
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and clinical initiatives
- Monitor patient outcomes, quality metrics, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (including Joint Commission)
Required Qualifications:\nMSN (Master of Science in Nursing) – Required\nActive RN License – Required\nBLS Certification – Required\nMinimum 3+ years of Director-level experience in Surgical Services
