Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Full Time
Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Shift Timing: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends | No holidays
Pay rate : $70/hr - $75/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about primary care and community-focused medicine. This is a full-time role providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits.
- Practice independently according to state guidelines.
- Collaborate with a team-oriented, supportive healthcare staff.
- Deliver patient-centered care with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
- Ability to practice independently per state regulations.
- Passion for primary care and community-focused healthcare.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
