Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Active NY State NP license & DEA registration
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience (geriatrics preferred)
- Eligibility for Medicare/Medicaid billing
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
