📍 Location: New Windsor, New York | Hospital rounding in Newburgh, New York
🩺 Position: Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
📄 Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
💰 Salary: $135K – $155K (Base $150K + potential $5K bonus depending on experience)
🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available
✨ Role Highlights:
• Provide outpatient nephrology care including CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders & renal conditions
• Perform inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounding
• Manage acute & chronic dialysis patients with daily dialysis rounding
• Order & interpret labs and diagnostic imaging
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary care teams
