WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract nurse RN Case Management for a local contract nursing job in Westchester, New York.

Our client, one of the largest non-profit OPWDD organizations in Westchester, NY, is looking for an RN Case Manager. This is a temp to perm role.
Job Function:
\nOversee Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in various home care settings, including small houses and apartment complexes.
\n \nManage approximately two residences, each housing 5–10 patients.
\n \nProvide clinical oversight and guidance to DSPs, without performing direct hands-on patient care.
\n \nMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and case management activities.
\n \n
Job Requirements:
\nActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
\n \n1 year of experience working with OPWDD or I/DD populations.
\n \n
