School RN Opportunity in Spotswood, NJ.\n\n\nFull Time to Per Diem hours, based on facility need. School Hours: 8 am to 3 pm. \nMust be familiar and comfortable with catheterization, diabetes type 1 and G Tube medication.\nPromotes and protects the optimal health status of students\nProvides health assessments\nObtains a health history\nIdentifies abnormal health findings\nProvides for emergency nursing management for injuries/illnesses\nPromotes and assists in the control of communicable disease\nProvides health education and anticipatory guidance\nProvides direct health education\nServes as a resource person to the school staff members in health instruction\n \nQualifications:\nRegistered Nurse\nCPR Certified\n\nMinimum of two (2) year's experience in emergent care nursing, school health nursing or pediatric nursing.\nSchool Nurse / Non-Instructional Standard Certificate (or open to obtaining)\n \nShift: Days – 8am to 3pm \nContract Length: As needed.
