Unit Specifics:

·         Number of Beds : 8 ICU, 12 PCU, 32 MST, 26 bed ED, LDRP(5 Postpartum, 6 Labor, 2 bay triage, Level 1 Nursery)

·         Type of equipment : Hamilton C6 and PB 980 Vents, Vapotherm, Airvo, V60 Bipap, Bubble CPAP

·         Documentation system: Meditech Expanse

·         Scheduling special requirements: Minimum of every other weekend expectation

·         Patient Experience requirements: AIDET

Hospital Specifics-

·         Certifications: Joint Commission accreditation

Must have:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy

Current licensure in CRT or RRT

Credentialed and active member of NBRC

Procedures performed on unit:  ABGs, Oxygen Nebs, Vent Management, Bipap Management, Home 02 qualifications, CPT vest, HiFlo Management, Bubble CPAP, EKGs

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
