Facility: GENESIS EAST REGION
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x W2 rate after 40 hours
Pay Range:
Local LPN: $35 - $37 per hour
Travel LPN: $40 - $48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions, documenting vital signs and health changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, fostering a therapeutic environment.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
Certificates:
- Valid LPN license in PA state or a multistate LPN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as required.
