Location: 2130 S McKenzie St, Foley, AL 36535
Position: Dentist
Rate: $130/hour
Dates: Oct 14-18
Hours: Mon-Thur 7:45am-6pm, Fri7:45am-1pm
Hours: Mon-Thur 7:45am-6pm, Fri7:45am-1pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Dentist to join our clinic for a temporary part-time position in Foley, AL. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling various dental procedures.
Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to):
- Perform basic surgical procedures
- Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
- Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
- Provider must be comfortable with Surgical Extractions
Requirements:
- Resume
- Professional License
- Active DEA license is required
- Copy of Controlled Substance Regulation (CSR)
- Copy of Diploma
- Front and Back Copy of Driver's License
- Copy of Malpractice Insurance
