• ERCP is REQUIRED

• 18 outpatients/20 inpatient scopes per day
• Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am 4:30pm
• Support staff: 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital
• Onsite lab
• Onsite XRay
• EMR: Cerner

• Hourly rate - "Per hour worked 7a-5p"
• Orientation rate - 1/2 the hourly rate for training/orientation/online modules
• 24hr weekend call (4hrs gratis)
• Holidays - 1.5x
• Conversion rate

Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use DocTime to clock in/out. No paper timesheets will be used.
