Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced OB/GYN Hospitalists to come join our team on a per diem basis at Texas Health Harris Methodist Alliance Hospital, an established OB Hospitalist Program in Fort Worth with tremendous administration support. Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

• Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate.
• (OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
• Holidays 1.25x
• Conversion rates $25K (MD/DO); max conversion fee to be billed, but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown).

Requirement description :

• Board Certified in OB/GYN (not accepting BE) - [REQUIRED]
• Active TX license or IMLC license [PREFERRED]
• Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience [REQUIRED]
• Recent OBGYN clinical experience (within the past 12 months) [REQUIRED]
• Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED]
• CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
• Rates must follow rate structure [REQUIRED]
• Provider must be available for dates listed in job
