Locum Physician Interventional Cardiology Durango Co Apply
Summary: MRMC is looking for Interventional Cardiology locum coverage beginning May 21st. Site will have ongoing dates not listed in the job description. Shifts can include onsite (7a-5p), night call (5p-7a) and 24 hour call. Shifts 7a-5p, 5p-7a only occur Mon-Friday and 24 hour call can include any day. Providers must be willing and able to cover all shift types.

RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly BR25 and below - Per hour, not OT
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour, no OT
Nightly Call BR100 and below - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call - BR650 - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) - BR and below - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis"
24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - BR350 - Per 24 hours to include 8 hours gratis"
Call Back BR25 and below - Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back BR - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.Average callback hours: 10 hours
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- Monday-Friday 7a-5p (hourly), 5p-7a (night call - 2.5 gratis hours)
- Mon-Sun - 7a-7a - 24 hour call (8 gratis hours)
- May 20 - Orientation
- May 21 (a) - 30 (a)
- Site will have ongoing dates and work directly with the providers before release to trio.

- Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, Call, Clinic
FTE: 1.0 - Required Procedures/Job Duties: Interventional Call, Interventional procedures, both scheduled and unscheduled. Some clinic days depending on the length of the stay. Inpatient consults, and inpatient study reads as well.

EMR Required Training:
- Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to providers first day.
- EMR Onsite training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Provider will be scheduled for onsite EMR training if Modules are completed, the morning of their first day.
- All candidates must complete the following EMR questionnaire and detail it in the notes section of the candidates submission before an offer can be made:
- What are the # of years of epic experience they have?
- When was the last time (MM/YYYY) that they used Epic?
- What is the name of the last facility the provider used EPIC?
- Can you provide me with a photo large enough to add to a badge and not become pixelated?
- Can you disclose the provider's time zone for scheduling the virtual epic training?
- We need the provider's best phone # to use for call shifts while working. Can you disclose?
- We need the provider's best email, to use for programs while working onsite and the preapplication. Can you please send us their personal email address?
Travel Preferences:

- Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation. Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.
Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: 45-60 days
- Requirements: Must have clean file, CO DEA required for full duration of assignment, CO license, CO DEA (full length of assignment/privs)

- Board Certified Interventional Cardiology - Required
- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)
- Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience - Required
- Must disclose # of shift per month the provider can offer to the team ongoing - Required
- Must be available for dates listed in job description to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
- Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
- Candidate must have EPIC experience - Required to note at presentation.
- Clean Malpractice/background - Required, candidates that include a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority.
