Locum Physician Maternal Fetal Medicine Lexington Apply
Summary: Outpatient and Consult Maternal Fetal Medicine physician at Saint Joseph East- Women's Hospital. Outpatient duties include reading up to 600 ultrasound reports monthly. Office is supported by 5 sonographers, 1 RN , 1 CMA and 2 medical office
PLEASE NOTE: Facility doesn't have diabetic educators or endocrinology!!
Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation $325-$342.50 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly $650-$685 - Per hour, not OT
Holiday $975-$1027.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour, no OT
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Shift times: M-Th 8am-5pm clinic coverage, with 1.5 hr lunch and 30-45 mins for charting after last patient of the day

Facility Location: Lexington, KY- Saint Joseph East Women's Hospital
Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient (consult coverage)
Duties: Outpatient duties include reading up to 600 ultrasound reports monthly.
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: Prenatal diagnostic procedures, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, first trimester nuchal translucency assessment and ultrasonography
EMR: EPIC/Viewpoint (ultrasound reporting)
Support Staff: current Clinic Administrator, 1 RN supervisor, 1 CMA, 2 receptionists, 3 permanent sonographers, 2 travel sonographers.
Reason for Coverage: Provider cancellations and providers coming up on one year
Deal breakers: we will review all candidates, but malpractice cases may be deal breaker
Credentialing Information:
Timeframe: 60-90 days depending on file, will try to do emergency privileges but must have application returned within 24 hours
