Summary: SEH is looking for locum call covers for PEDS for Holiday coverage and ongoing dates as needed.


BID DUE DATE: Oct 15 @ 5p EST!



Rate Caps for Submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly Per hour, not OT

Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour, no OT

On Call (Daily) BR451-2600 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - BR-BR - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back BR-320 - Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back BR-BR - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.


Schedule/Availability Requirements:
  • All shifts below end the following day at 7a.
  • Dec 27 (7a) - Jan 2 (7a)
  • Jan 23 (7a) - 28 (7a)
  • Feb 20 (7a) - 26 (7a)
  • Mar 6 (7a) - 11 (7a)

Details:
  • 24 hour call shifts (7a-7a)
  • Setting: Call
  • FTE: 1
  • Required Procedures/Job Duties: Pending from site
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Support Staff: None
  • Reason for Coverage: Provider absence
  • Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): Pending from site

EMR Required Training:

  • Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
  • EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.

Travel Preferences (see attachment for specific travel guidelines):

Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market.
