Summary: St. Elizabeth is looking for OB coverage for open dates in November. Ongoing dates will be TBD, as the facility completes their schedules.


BID DUE DATE: First to Fill!


Rate Caps for Submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Hourly Per hour, not OT

Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour, no OT

On Call (Daily) xx3301-3500 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - xx4951.50-$5250.00 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back $401-450 - Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back xx601.50-$675.00 - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.


Schedule/Availability Requirements:
  • November 27 (7a) - 29 (7a)

  • Facility Location: 1000 Lincoln St., Fort Morgan, CO 80701
  • Setting: Call No Trauma/Not Rated
  • FTE: 1
  • Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN
    EMR: Epic
    Support Staff: RN
  • Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill these dates.

EMR Required Training:

  • Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
  • EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.

Travel Preferences (see attachment for specific travel guidelines):

Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market.
