Summary: Requesting Ob-Gyn coverage for a 1:2 practice in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Hourly BR-450 - Per hour, not OT
Daily BR-3600 - "Per day, not OT"
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour, no OT
Nightly Call BR201-1500 - Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
Holiday Nightly Call - BR - BR250 - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis
On Call (Daily) BR-3600 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
On Call Daily Holiday Call Rate - BR - BR400 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
Call Back BR-450 - Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Holiday Call Back BR - BR. - Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- 12/21/24 - 12/31/24; 7a - 7a
- 10 days per month in Jan, Feb & March
Facility Location: CHI Health Clinic Grand Island Women s Clinic
Setting: Clinic, L&D, Surgery
FTE: 1.0
Duties: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up
Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site
Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation
Deal breakers (do not present this): if there is a history of concerns re: quality, malpractice, unable to clear, no recent OB support
Travel Preferences (see attachment for specific travel guidelines):
Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE NOTED IN ADDITIONAL SUBMISSION DETAILS AT NAME CLEAR TO BE CONSIDERED AND AVOID BEING REDIRECTED!!
