Summary: We are looking for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide inpatient coverage for gaps we have. Providers should be comfortable with all OB/Gyn procedures. Will be responsible for daily rounding on all patients admitted to the service as well as any consult received during the assignment. Available to go at any time.

Rate Caps for Submission:
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hoursHoliday Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour, no OT
On Call (Daily) xx3301-3600 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
Holiday On Call (Daily) xx4951.50 - xx5400.00 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"
Callback xx326-400 - Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.
Schedule/Availability Requirements:
Services provided on OB/GYN on a 24/7 basis.
Needing Coverage for:
- Wednesday November 27th - Sunday November 30th @ 0700
- Monday, December 23rd - Thursday December 26th @ 0700
- Monday December 30th - Thursday January 1st @ 0700
Facility Location: Kearney, Nebraska
Setting: Acute Care inpatient/outpatient hospital. 268 bed regional referral center
Duties:
- Be on-call to the emergency department for precipitous deliveries, both vaginal and c-section
- Gynecology call to the emergency department; consultation & treatment as needed
Required Procedures:
- Diagnosis and management of conditions occurring during pregnancy through postpartum
- Major & minor abdominal and vaginal surgical procedures upon the female pelvis and related structures
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: Inpatient coverage only- hospital staff
Reason for Coverage: Contemporary Obstetrics and Gynecology, P.C. is a private group who provides coverage for the hospital. They are the only practice in town and cover for both GSH & KRMC. We do not have a fixed coverage agreement with the practice and need our own coverage for when there are gaps.

Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market.
