Rate Caps for Submission:

Malpractice Must be included in rates.

Orientation xx150 and below - kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours

Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rate. Per holiday hour, no OT

On Call (Daily) xx2600 and below - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - xx3900 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis"

Call Back xx300 and below Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Holiday Call Back xx450 Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

7 days per month, 24 hour call.

Facility Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

Setting: Critical Access Hospital, Labor and Deliver/Pediatrics Unit/Level II nursery

Duties:Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, Attend all scheduled and emergent C-Sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, circumcisions,

Days per month:7 days per month

Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/ intubations/UVC , lumbar punctures

EMR:Meditech

Support Staff: Nursing team. Level II nursery nurses, anesthesia, obgyns, Respiratory Therapists, local pediatricians to consult with, NICU located in Bismarck (90 miles) with consulting physicians.

Reason for Coverage: Awaiting onboarding of new pediatrician in October 2025.

CHI history? CHI St. Alexius Dickinson collaborates with Sanford Health Dickinson for pediatric care. Our Peds on Call consists of both Sanford Health and CHI pediatricians. Working relationship with both entities is great. We have a level two nursery. Do not deliver patients less than 36 weeks if possible. Nearest transfer center is Bismarck, ND- CHI St. Alexius Bismarck or Sanford Health Bismarck.
