• Reason for coverage: Retirement- locums coverage needed while recruiting for perm
• 12-16 patients per day; Adult population only
• Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
• NP starting 3/1, current support staff is 1:1 MA per physician
• Labs drawn in house
• No radiology in house
• 2 Procedure rooms in office- only minor procedures done in office
• Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads that are Board eligible
• Interviews will be conducted, please provide availability at time of presentation

Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion Fees:

• MD/DO:
• 160-319 hours = BR500 reduction
• 320-639 hours = BR reduction
• 640+hours = BR reduction
• Regardless of number of hours a MD/DO has worked, reduction will not exceed BR
