Dates of coverage: ASAP to 4/30/25 initial term, possible extension
Reason for Coverage: Maintain 24/7 trauma call coverage

Average Number of Trauma Surgical Cases Per Day: Average of 3 activations per day (level 1, level 2, consults), 3% operative

Requirement description :

- Board Certified (American Board of Medical Specialties, American Osteopathic Association, or Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada) - Required
- Active OH license & DEA - Required, no exceptions - will NOT accept those willing to obtain
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS Certified - Required
- Training or Experience Required (Must have previous experience in trauma. Will not accept new grads)
