- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 730 am - 5 pm, Friday 730 am - 4 pm
- 33 patient contact hours per week
- Minimum 2 visits per patient contact hour
- No emergency call or on-call services
- No surgical procedures required
- Charting must be completed during normal shift
- Hospital privileges required
- Board certification required
