The Lodge Services Specialist ensures the cleanliness of our resort facilities. This individual is detail oriented and works independently with a high standard of results.

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into this role as a Lodge Servies Specialist:
Provide daily cleaning, shoveling and servicing of the Boreal Main Lodge, Woodward Tahoe and Soda Springs facilities.
Ensure that the entryways, seating areas, indoor walkways, elevator, stairs and restrooms are clean, safe and sanitary.
Be personable and approachable with guests and employees
Be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies, push mops, brooms and vacuum cleaners and shovel snow.
Possess a strong work ethic and able to stay on task at all times.
What we are looking for:
Ability to understand and follow through with instructions
Ability to use various cleaning tools and appliances properly
Ability to work in cold weather conditions
Physical ability to perform various duties involved in cleaning
Ability to use equipment and supplies economically
Self-motivation, ability to work alone, at times unsupervised
Safety awareness at all times
Ability to work around the public and assist them with problems they may encounter during their visit
