Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Optimization (Lean Implementation)Analyze current logistics processes and identify inefficienciesImplement Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to improve operationsDrive continuous improvement initiativesCost & Efficiency Improvement Reduce logistics costs (transportation, warehousing, handling)Improve productivity and resource utilizationWarehouse & Distribution Optimization Optimize warehouse layout and material flowImprove inventory management and stock accuracyEnhance inbound and outbound processesData Analysis & Reporting Monitor key logistics KPIs (lead time, cost, service level)Analyze data and provide actionable insightsPrepare reports for managementCross-functional Coordination Collaborate with production, procurement, and planning teamsEnsure smooth material flow across departmentsStandardization & SOP Development Develop and implement standard operating proceduresEnsure compliance with company standards3. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years experience in logistics / supply chain / warehouseStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Lean LogisticsExperience with Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination skills4.
