In the framework of a photovoltaic plant construction project (125MW), we are currently looking for a Logistic & Warehouse Manager . Responsibilities Direct the entry and exit of materials and preparation of shipments for the different subcontractors. Control the registration of materials and their location in the warehouse. Define the processes of handling, packaging, storage, preparation and distribution of materials. Plan warehouse workloads and shipments with the aim of meeting delivery deadlines. Ensure reliability in the preparation of "picking" and "packing" of merchandise. Ensure the optimization of the capital assets made available to carry out the assigned tasks. Administrative control of the tasks and functions performed in the department. Responsible for HSE and 5S of the warehouse. Requirements A bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. Certifications in warehouse operations (CPSM, CLA… ) is considered an advantage. Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management for solar farm & BESS projects. Experience in controlling warehouses with a high number of references and locations for photovoltaic resources. Familiar with warehouse safety standards, regulations, and best practices. HSE qualifications & first aider is considered an advantage. Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizing, and teamwork. Proficient in using warehouse management software, tools, and equipment. Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines. Must be able to complete and pass a drug screen, physical, and background check which includes verification of employment and education. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
