Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Account Executive with an existing book of business to drive revenue and manage client relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in freight brokerage or 3PL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business
  • Generate revenue through current client relationships
  • Prospect new clients through networking and referrals
  • Provide logistics solutions (FTL, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
  • Negotiate pricing while maintaining strong margins
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in freight brokerage or 3PL sales
  • Existing transferable book of business
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to generate and manage revenue
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with TMS/CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential
