D&G Transportation (Germantown, WI) is celebrating our 40th anniversary as a family-owned, national LTL carrier. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dispatch team as a full-time Logistics Analyst. This person will be cross-trained on various duties and is integral to the company’s success. Transportation/supply chain experience is preferred but not required.
This is a non-exempt and in-person position with a $22+ hourly wage (negotiable according to experience) with reviews at 3 and 6 months. A strong performer will be poised for career growth.
Sample Duties and Responsibilities:

• Navigate website portals to schedule delivery appointments
• Prepare and generate dispatch documentation (e.g., shipping manifests, bills of lading, proof of delivery)
• Enter data into Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Assist in resolving driver issues (e.g., detentions, breakdowns, weather delays)

Required skills:

• Collaborative with strong listening/communication skills
• Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast paced environment
• Geographic awareness of United States
