Logistics Analyst IV Locations: US-CO-Fort Carson | US-NC-Fort Liberty | US-MD-Frederick | US-WA-Joint Base Lewis McChord | US-KY-Fort Campbell | DE-Kaiserflautern About the Role Culmen International is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst IV to support the PEO Soldier Materiel Fielding services. What You'll Do in Your New Role Provide support to PEO SMD Fielding Missions, planning data and reports for specific tasks, execute all fielding missions in compliance with regulatory guidance, execution of Post-Fielding Mission Requirements. Provide monthly and quarterly status reports that include work planned, completed, and analysis on fielding's. Provide senior-level logistics expertise for planning, programming and execution of fielding operations and development and conduct of new equipment training. Conduct strategic and campaign planning; prioritize receiving organizations; develop an execution plan; manage stock levels; account for issued items; manage shortages; and prepare and deliver briefings to articulate the program. Interface and coordinate with ASAALT, AMC, Army Commands and receiving Units for logistics and training requirements. Establish, organize and direct work and coordinate efforts related to the planning, programming and execution of the fielding operations. Assist and coordinate staffing of Material Fielding Plans (MFP) and New Equipment Fielding Plans, total package fielding, and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) tracking. Responsible for accurate input of all aspects of property accountability related to Materiel Fielding. Oversee successful fielding accomplishment of issuing equipment in accordance with approved Basis of Issue (BOI). Identify discrepancies or defects in products, manage fielding stations stock of product, and assist in resolving any issues or problems Soldiers have with equipment. Establish, vet, and train Fielding Teams to conduct on-site activities associated with fielding equipment. Perform plans for setting up fielding sites and execution of fielding events, packing of equipment for shipment upon completion of fielding events, New Materiel in Briefs (NMIB) and conduct of New Equipment Training (NET) on assigned products as required, in addition to: coordinate display for VIPs; coordinate firing ranges with associated ammunition to support NET; instructor key personnel training. (IKPT) interface with suppliers for NET Program of Instruction (POI); provide oversight of execution of recurring training for fielded product training.
