In this role, you will support import operations, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and provide excellent communication with vendors and internal teams. Main Duties:

• Coordinate and track import shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and review import documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, etc.)
• Communicate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and vendors to resolve shipment issues
• Ensure compliance with U.S. customs laws and import regulations
• Manage database entries and maintain accurate records for all import transactions
• Assist with tariff classifications, duty calculations, and audits
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs

• Previous experience in import/export logistics, supply chain, or international trade
• Familiarity with customs documentation and regulatory compliance
• Strong data entry, organization, and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
