Position: Logistics Associate
Location: Plainfield, IN
Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (6am to 2:30pm)
Pay: $17.50 per hour

Are you ready to jumpstart your career in logistics? Do you have a knack for working with electronics and enjoy a dynamic work environment? is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Logistics Associates in Plainfield, IN.

What You’ll Do:
As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our electronic equipment is processed accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Scanning & Recording: Use electronic scanning equipment to track assets through various systems.
• Inspection & Testing: Inspect, grade, and test consumer electronics such as laptops, computers, smartwatches, cameras, and more.
• Verification: Ensure hardware meets specifications by analyzing and recording test data.
• Processing: Sort and manually disassemble electronic equipment, ensuring components are correctly placed in specified containers.
• Data Protection: Strictly verify data erasure and product resets to protect consumer information.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow process work instructions and standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
• Performance Goals: Meet established performance, quality, and safety targets.
• Maintenance: Keep warehouse tools, machinery, and workstations in top condition.
• Security & Cleanliness: Uphold physical security protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Team Support: Assist warehouse staff and participate in operations meetings to ensure a positive and efficient workflow.

What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and understand English (preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and the ability to follow setup and testing instructions.
• Computer Skills: Ability to operate computers and navigate the web with ease.
• Attention to Detail: Perform precise data entry and visually inspect assets for defects.
• Time Management: Work semi-independently and manage your time effectively.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, reach, and handle products throughout your shift.
• Warehouse Savvy: Comfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperatures, dust, pollen, fumes, and noise.

Equipment Provided:
You will be equipped with all necessary tools and safety gear, including carts, computers, cut-resistant gloves, facemasks, latex gloves, manual pallet-jacks, tape dispensers, and safety knives.
