We are actively seeking a dedicated and meticulous Business Manager Assistant to play an integral role in advancing our company's strategic projects and business engagements. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong foundation in international trade, business, or marketing, combined with a customer-centric mindset. This role is pivotal in fostering growth and ensuring our business processes align with our company's overarching vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with or assist the Manager in overseeing the advancement of specific projects.
- Proactively gauge customer requirements and pinpoint opportunities for company growth and enhancement.
- Partner with the Manager to enact the company's strategic and business blueprints.
- Oversee the implementation of business processes and ensure the accurate summarization and archiving of customer projects, internal data, and routine reports.
- Engage in meetings with potential clients to grasp their business models and needs, subsequently crafting proposals that align with their goals.
- Review and ensure all client contracts adhere to company stipulations.
- Draft and dispatch pertinent correspondence including letters, emails, and proposals to our clientele.
Your Qualification:
- Male preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Business, Marketing or related fields.
- A minimum of 1 year's work experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Export-Import will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in english is a must, Chinese is a plus.
- Innate attention to detail complemented by robust analytical capabilities.
- Proven business negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Openness to business trips as needed.
