Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Logistics Claim Specialist to join our team in Dalton, Georgia. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and resolve irregular situations in logistics operations, such as damages, losses, and discrepancies. This includes overseeing claim processes and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of irregular logistics situations, including damages, losses, and discrepancies, by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Report issues to customers promptly and work with them to determine liability and responsibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient handling of all logistics-related claims.
  • Negotiate with external partners regarding claims and responsibility for irregular situations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports related to damages, losses, and claims.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce the occurrence of irregularities and improve logistics processes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, with a focus on managing and resolving irregular situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in claim processing or logistics-related customer service.
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and production plant logistics operations.
