POSITION SUMMARY:
- We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support our Outbound Retail Transportation team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to create dashboards in Excel and Power BI as needed.
- Point of contact for contracted carriers, Client retail stores and distribution centers.
- Perform daily carrier track & trace.
- Proactively follow up as required to ensure desired service results.
- Communicate potential service failures to the appropriate parties (i.e.: supervisor, carrier, store).
- Proactively follow up with stores to ensure specialized deliveries are occurring as scheduled.
- If needed, Tender outbound loads to Client contracted carriers through Client's TMS (E2Open).
- Execute a variety of intermediate-to-advanced reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Audit carrier and delivery schedules for accuracy.
- Answer customer service hotline as a support function and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months domestic transportation planning experience required.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Power BI
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to new software programs and systems.
- Strong organization, follow-up skills, and detail oriented
- TMS experience preferred.
- Able to work remotely with reliable internet and phone access.
- Flexibility in daily task assignments.
