Job Summary DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end movement of goods and maintain accurate shipping records. The coordinator will collaborate across departments to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective deliveries and supply chain integrity. Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule and confirm shipments. Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork. Track shipments, manage inventory levels, and resolve delays, damages, or lost items. Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions. Monitor transportation costs and work to minimize expenses. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferred). Experience in a transportation or logistics company is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using transportation management software is a plus. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Compensation Expected base pay: $20.75 – $27.75 per hour.
