Salary: $50,000 $65,000 annually

The Logistics Coordinator manages comprehensive logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping documents and inventory management for the company.


Responsibility Areas:

  • Manages international shipping documentation, communicates with supplier brokers, and provides weekly document status reporting to the SCM team.
  • Reviews Domestic Mill Production Reports/documentation, communicates with suppliers, and reports production status to the SCM team.
  • Manages Inventory entries, receiving, and bill processing to internal systems.
  • Conducts Inventory Reconciliation across multiple warehouse sites, identifies internal discrepancies, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
  • Coordinates quality-control inspections for damaged products, prepares repair orders, and manages communication with repair vendors.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business
    or related field with coursework in Supply Chain Management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, QuickBooks, and Microsoft/Google Suite.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean to effectively communicate with vendors and partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of import procedures and logistics processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills, critical thinking, time management, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of Supply Chain or Logistics operation work experience.
  • Steel/metals industry experience.
  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and n8n)


Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM)
