Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator to join their high-value operations team. This role supports critical shipments and works closely with internal teams, drivers, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution. This is an open-ended contract role with strong potential for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and track high-value shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Provide real-time shipment updates and proactive communication to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams
• Create and process shipping documents including BOLs and Proof of Delivery
• Work across multiple inboxes and systems to manage high-volume shipment activity
• Enter and maintain accurate shipment data within transportation management systems
• Participate in virtual meetings with cross-functional teams
• Escalate service issues and resolve delivery challenges quickly

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation operations
• Prior experience working directly with drivers required
• Strong knowledge of transportation and brokerage terminology
